Fairly clean, small hotel with good location in an interesting district looking to set up a central base to see Paris via public transportation. Reasonably large and nice styled rooms with nice beds and wake-up service.

The room had been recently renovated, and overall design was very nice. Location was good, quite central to everything, easily within wallking distance to Galleries La Fayette, metro stations, and the Opera
As there was renovations going on, there was no air conditioning in the rooms. Whilst we were there it was only about 20 degrees so it was bare able, but it would have been extremely stuffy if any warmer. There were no mini bar facilities, such as a fridge, kettle etc, which was a bit tricky as we were traveling with a 1yo & 3 yo, where snacks and milk is always needed. We had also hired a car, and there was no facility to pull up to the hotel to unload the luggage for check in as there were roadworks along the street, which just made it a bit difficult to manage with 2 small children. But overall for the price it was a good stay, but probably preferrable without young children

Renewed, nice and clean rooms.
Air conditioning was not working and so TV. Moreover they are making some renovations in the courtyard, so I could not even leave the windows opened during the night...

The beds, reception staff, location, rooms are very clean
The lobby is very poor and tiny. Building materials in sight. The rooms are tiny and have little place to put things especially in the bathroom. There is preparation for AC but does not work so rooms were extremely hot. The windows open but then it seems like sleeping right in the street. TV only in French. No Internet access in the room.

The service was welcoming with parking nearby. The rooms with tea, excellent a/c, as example were large.
Facilities were well-kept, even so Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The room itself was pretty good. Comfortable beds, good showers. We had two rooms, a triple and a double. The interiors of the room are all black and white. You will either like it or hate it bi liked it. We were in for four nights and it was a good experience overall except for the first impression. However the staff are very good. On our first night there was Vincent and even though we asked for a lot of help he obliged. Also the lady on our last day, Sophia I think? She was really helpful with the luggage. Hot water for drinking is available if you want to make tea in your own room but there is no real room service. You need to go down to get it. Location is good. 5 minutes to metro and hop off hop on bus pickup points at Grand Boulevards.
As I was saying, the first impression. There are manor renovations going on and this is not advertised on the hotel website as it should be. This means that the AC s are not working, which means incredibly hot rooms at night. Secondly the lift was so small and jerky it was a little scary. It's really small. And everytime you enter the hotel in Thr evening you are bound to smell the new paint. Although you get used to it quite fast. Also our rooms were on separate floors even though we were a family. Was troublesome going from 1-6 th floor everytime. My opinion, it's a good hotel once it's renovated. In fact it would be an excellent hotel for it's price once it's renovated. But till then, pay a little more and go to nearby hotels.

The location was great and very central, room was very modern and clean. The staff was very friendly. Hotel provides transportation to the airport but not free 17 eu per person which seems to be good.
The entrance was old and too small. The lift is very small 3 persons only. Internet is not free. Some referbishing work caused some noise in the morning. Room wasn't isolated, you can hear the sounds of other rooms. But generally I like the hotel and will stay there if I visit Paris next time.

If you are traveling to Paris, this is the Hotel to stay at! The hotel staff was absolutely awesome! Everyone was pleasant, but Sonia and Guillaume were exceptionally nice and informative. They both spoke very good "American", and always went above and beyond the norm to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. The Hotel is close to all the tourism sites, and the Metro (subway) is two blocks over if your feet start to hurt from too much walking! The Hotel rooms are exactly how the pictures portrayed them on Booked.net. Very nice, modern, comfortable, and surprisingly bigger than anticipated. We had a balcony room that overlooked the city streets, which we highly recomend getting.
When we traveled, the Hotel was undergoing some renovations, but it really didn't take away from the enjoyable stay we had.

nice new furniture
internet on 5th floor was intermittent. eventually ended up using internet in the lobby in the morning and the day before's internet charges were refunded by the hotel. 0815 first day, hot water ran out after two minutes and on second day at 0830, there was enough hot water though water pressure on 5th floor sufficient, any less would be marginal. work is being done on exterior and even though actual work does not begin until 9am, heavy feet and noise comes as early as 0830.

clean room, modern interior (in black/grey/white shades), comfortable. Large TV (with 20 channels, some of them in HD quality). Situated in a quiet street off "Grands Boulevards", metro station is a 3 min walk away. Very central location, 15 min walk to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, 20 min walk to Opera, 15 min walk to Les Halles shopping area. Very friendly staff at reception desk. I would definitely come back!
as the hotel is in the process of being refurbished, there was noise from 8.00 h am onwards. The reception area is not yet refurbished, but the rooms were brand new, which is what counts in the end. I did not have breakfast there as you can have breakfast anywhere nearby for less money. Room was very small, but given that it was brand new and the interior was modern, it was fine.

Perfect for solo travelers looking for a cozy spot
The room I got had a nice little balcony! It wasn't really warm enough to use it much but it was great to have, definitely worth the extra price. The staff was just kind, helped me find local places to eat.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but that was acceptable considering the overall experience.
